Judith Trimboli, New York State Police Senior Investigator

Assigned to a specialized unit to assist colleges with Enough is Enough legislative mandates

​Judie has risen through the ranks of the New York State Police, serving as a Uniform Road Trooper, Academy Training officer and Basic School Instructor.  She is on the staff of the Henry F. Williams International Homicide Seminar and is a Williams Associate. She is trained in and has served on protective service details of state and national dignitaries. In March 2016, Judie was selected as one of eleven Senior Investigators from across the state, to be assigned to the New York Police Campus Sexual Assault Victims Unit. She is now transferred to the southern tier/Binghamton region. Judie is a 1985 SUNY Plattsburgh grad.

In this workshop, we will explore a series of "yoga bits", or mini-practices for home or workplace, all without a lot of time investment or specialized equipment.  These practices are appropriate for all body types and fitness levels, and can be adapted for those with a variety of health conditions (notifying the instructor of these prior to the workshop would be helpful).
